Cleaning Technician (4 Nights Per Week):
As a Citrus Cleaning Systems team member, you will be responsible to show up and sign in, clean following the designated checklist, then lock up and sign out from your assigned locations during pre-scheduled time windows on a nightly basis.
Position Details:
Low-stress secondary income opportunity: Services are performed in secure schools and professional environments.
Predictable pay with clear expectations: Pays $15.50/hour via bi-weekly direct deposit, our average team member works 4 nights at 3-3.5 hour shifts. Shift is Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday opportunities.
Flexible, after-hours schedule: Most shifts are scheduled after office hours and on weeknights when the school is closed. Therefore, the locations are usually empty.
Supportive and accessible management: Each team member works at their assigned location with live support from the on-call leadership.
Supplies, paid orientation, and ongoing training provided for all team members.
Job Requirements:
Able to work weeknights including Friday nights and occasional weekends (with bonus pay).
Able to pass a background check with no significant flags.
Own or have reliable access to a smartphone with internet data access and the capability to download and operate necessary applications.
Able to lift up to 35 lbs including wearing a backpack vacuum for up to 2 hours at a time.
Comfortable with some commercial detergents and cleaners (we primarily use eco-friendly, non-hazardous cleaning chemicals).
Physically able to stand, kneel, bend and carry as needed for the duration of your shift (shifts vary from three to four hours duration).
Able to work with or without direct supervision, read, write, problem-solve, and follow directions. Also work well with others as needed.
Punctual with reliable transportation.
