As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing rental properties for incoming guests. Your duties will include:

Cleaning Tasks:

Bedrooms: Stripping and remaking beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors.
Bathrooms: Cleaning toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors, and countertops.
Kitchen: Washing dishes, cleaning appliances, wiping down counters, and taking out the trash.
Living Areas: Dusting furniture, vacuuming/ mopping floors, and cleaning windows.
General Cleaning: Wiping down surfaces, mopping floors, and cleaning light fixtures.

Additional Responsibilities:

Inventory Checks: Ensuring that all items are present and accounted for.
Maintenance Checks: Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
Restocking Supplies: Replenishing toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
Adhering to Cleaning Standards: Following specific cleaning checklists and procedures to maintain consistent quality.
