Position: Dishwasher/Busser
Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing: Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using both dishwashers and manual methods.
- Organization: Efficiently store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep kitchen workspaces, equipment, and utensils spotless and orderly.
- Stocking Supplies: Restock food items, utensils, and other necessary supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cleaning Floors: Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a hygienic environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as needed.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.

- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
