Renovity Cleaning is dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and inviting. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness that our clients expect. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and DFW locations you want to work in. We do cleans as far North Dallas & to as far up north Fort Worth . We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have setup for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs.
RenovityCleaning was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans. Employer will inform the applicant of details on the first interview.
-Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and organize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Communicate professionally with clients to address their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while working independently or as part of a team.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled time frames.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and their proper use.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Background check may be required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
