Production Supervisor Primary Accountabilities:
- Set and maintain SAFETY, Quality, and Performance standards
- Attend SAFETY meetings, conduct SAFETY investigations and lead teams to generate SAFETY improvement ideas
- Identify, investigate and resolve Quality issues
- On the floor supervision of plant personnel – training, auditing procedures and standards, evaluations, performance discussions, and career development
- Develop and communicate personnel work schedules
- Supervise cleaning and sanitation for equipment and production areas
- Execute weekly production schedule – continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness
Production Supervisor Basic Qualifications:
- Strong Computer skills; proficient at Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience preferred
