Little Blue Bistro is a new concept from Fount Board & Table and Seegars Deli in the heart of Bishop Arts.
We are seeking a Prep Cook & team mate that loves food and the experience of casual & honest hospitality. We are a fast paced environment with heavy prep during the week and fast service on the weekends.
Hourly pay based on experience from $18/hr- $25/hr.
All employees over 30 hrs week available for benefits(vision, dental & medical-BCBS)
Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, cooking and plating dishes, and cleaning the kitchen. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for use in cooking.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the proper temperature.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
