Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Execute floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, and waxing floors to maintain their appearance and longevity.
- Conduct custodial duties including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure all areas are well-kept.
- Undertake residential painting projects when required to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition; report any issues or needs for repairs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job assignments.

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
