Responsibilities:
- Maintain housekeeping operations of the facility/residence
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and sanitation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus
- Experience in a hotel or similar setting is desirable
