Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Work efficiently in a high-paced environment, maintaining speed and precision.
- Ensure food safety by following proper handling and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service and timely dish preparation.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any inventory needs to kitchen management.
Prep Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping, measuring, and portioning, according to recipes and kitchen needs.
- Support the line cooks by ensuring ingredients and supplies are ready for each shift.
- Maintain food safety standards and uphold cleanliness in all prep areas.
- Properly store, label, and date prepared ingredients to ensure freshness.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed, including setting up workstations and cleaning.
Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Keep dishwashing and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Support the kitchen team by restocking clean dishes and supplies promptly.
- Handle garbage and recycling as needed, keeping areas tidy.
- Assist with basic cleaning duties in other kitchen areas as directed by management.
Requirements for All Roles:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business demands.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
