Simply Fondue is looking for Kitchen Staff!
Simply Fondue is a family owned restaurant that has been open since 1989. We consider ourselves Dallas’ Most Unique dining experience! Our guests enjoy a full four course fondue dining experience that includes a handcrafted cheese fondue appetizer, Gourmet Salad, Entrée fondue that includes cuts of steak, chicken and fresh seafood items and a chocolate fondue dessert! We are well known as a premium special event restaurant for large parties, Birthdays and romantic anniversaries.
Our Job responsibilities are:
· Prepping all Beef, Chicken and Seafood for the shift
· Making all dressings, batter and dipping sauces throughout the week.
· Prepping all ingredients for salads and desserts and preparing them to order.
· Shredding cheese for appetizer fondues and blending chocolate for dessert fondues
· Helping the Dishwasher & Pot station if they fall behind
· Maintaining all health standards and cleaning the kitchen.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred
- Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe development
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
