Our client is a highly renowned fashion co. based in NYC. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team on site in Midtown, Manhattan. This position will manage HR-related projects and provide a high level of executive support to the Senior Vice President. This is a highly strategic role where you will act as the executive's right hand.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar and email and provide timely responses and follow-up
- Prepare and file documents as well as perform other administrative duties
- Prepare expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Schedule and organize meetings (ex: prepare agendas, materials and presentations, take meeting notes)
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion
- Manage HR projects, such as recruitment drives, policy implementation, and engagement initiatives, from end-to-end
- Find areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
- Prepare detailed HR analytics reports by analyzing metrics like employee satisfaction, turnover, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and other regulations
- Help update and develop new policies
- Manage relationship with vendors, contractors, and other external partners

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience as executive assistant to Chief People Officer or HR project manager
- Experience supporting executives preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Certification in Human Resources preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP Next Generation)
- Strong decision making, problem solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience
