Busy Property Management team in a luxury building is seeking an experienced Porter/Janitor. The Porter/Janitor will be key members to the on-site management team who is responsible for the overall upkeep of the buildings interior and exterior image. This is a Full Time Position.
Requirements:
-Must have at least 2 years cleaning/porter experience.
-Must be Skilled in various type floor Cleaning/polishing/shampooing.
-Must help keep landscaping clean by inspecting and cleaning property each morning- a skilled grounds person is a must.
-Must be able to lift 50-80lbs.
-Assist the Lead Super and Property Manager as requested.
-All other duties as assigned.
