Our Lead Cleaning Technicians complete quality cleaning services for our customers, while providing client satisfaction. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.
Our Residential Floor Technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, while providing customer satisfaction. You will use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.
Our Air Duct Technicians clean and maintain HVAC systems. Responsibilities include inspecting ductwork, removing dust, debris, and contaminants, and ensuring proper system functionality. You will use specialized equipment, identify, and address any issues like leaks. Completing jobs safely through effective communication and following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards are essential for this role. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.
Our Estimators provide product knowledge and accurate estimates to both our residential and commercial customers. Estimators work with our Air Duct Manager, Technicians, and Branch Manager on jobs and manage accurate reporting. Follow up as appropriate with customers to ensure the project was completed in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customers’ expectations were met to help secure future customer business and referrals.
Our Commercial Floor Technicians must be willing to work flexible shifts including days and nights. Responsible for cleaning service satisfaction and fostering good relationships with commercial clients. Technicians will provide exceptional carpet, tile, VCT, upholstery, and stone cleaning related services to customers. The technicians will also be responsible for the maintenance and inventory of equipment, such as tools and chemicals after use. Works with our Commercial Sales Representatives and Branch Manager to uphold all Stanley Steemer’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Qualifications:
- Valid, US driver's license
- Ability to work Saturdays and overtime
- Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
- Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
- Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
