Job Description: We are seeking motivated and dependable Residential and Commercial Cleaners to join our team. As a cleaner with Magic Maids, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes and businesses are spotless and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including appliances, counters, sinks, and toilets.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Follow specific client instructions and requests for customized cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and used properly.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide consistent, high-quality service.
- Various other cleaning and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- English is mandatory. Spanish is a bonus.
