## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
## Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals for different surfaces
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
## Requirements
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces in both industrial and residential settings
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
THIS JOB INCLUDES SET UPS FOR EVENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND SETUP TABLE AND CHAIRS. A SETUP CHART WILL BE PROVIDED EVERY NIGHT. THE CLEANING ITSELF MAY TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR BUT THE SETUPS CAN TAKE AN ADDITIONAL HOUR UP TO FOUR DEPENDING ON THE EVENT FOR THE EVENING.

Pay: $1,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
