Subcontractor Opportunity: Residential Cleaner
Location: Orlando, FL
Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced residential cleaner to join our team on a subcontractor basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience and must carry General Liability insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Available to regularly work 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 9am - 8pm (evenings are rare).
- Perform cleaning duties in residential properties according to company standards and client specifications.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other general cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure proper care in handling.
Requirements:
- Ideally, minimum 1 year of experience in residential cleaning.
- General Liability insurance coverage, or willing to obtain insurance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
