Subcontractor Opportunity: Residential Cleaner

Location: Orlando, FL

Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced residential cleaner to join our team on a subcontractor basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience and must carry General Liability insurance.

Responsibilities:

Available to regularly work 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 9am - 8pm (evenings are rare).
Perform cleaning duties in residential properties according to company standards and client specifications.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms.
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other general cleaning tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure proper care in handling.

Requirements:

Ideally, minimum 1 year of experience in residential cleaning.
General Liability insurance coverage, or willing to obtain insurance.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
Background check

Compensation:

$25 per hour
