Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and providing an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy.
- Conduct custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Drive vehicles safely to various locations as required for detailing services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
Skills
- Proficiency in buffing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork.
- Experience with window tinting is a plus but not required.
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks related to vehicle maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
- Previous experience in car wash or automotive detailing environments is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
