Full Job Description
We are looking to hire an energetic floor tech to keep our facility floors clean. The floor tech will be responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas, and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Floor Technicians duties include but are not limited to: mopping, stripping, waxing, sweeping, dust mopping and vacuuming. You must be able to operate various cleaning machines including a high/low speed floor machines, wet/dry vacuums, vacuum cleaners, and floor scrubbers. Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. Also, you will wear adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with chemicals and equipment.
Successful candidates will be punctual and have attention to detail. You must be able to stand, bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs., and use repeating cleaning motions. Preferred candidates are motivated, meticulous, and able to work with numerous interruptions.
You will be required to pass a background check and E-verify, and have verifiable references.

Compensation up to $18.00/hr., which will be determined by experience and skill level.
