Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GIG Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in an AIR BNB settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services. Candidates will first be interviewed, and if selected, immediately become eligible to work cleanings after completing proper paperwork. Once contracted through us, there will be a schedule (which differs each week) in which you will select the cleanings that works BEST FOR YOU ( you will NOT be penalized for not selecting a cleaning ). As we understand that life happens, we also understand that there is always a need for business. With that, AFTER 1 NO SHOW/INCOMPLETE CLEANING BEFORE CHECK IN TIME, YOU WILL NOT BE ELGIBLE TO CLEAN THROUGH OUR COMPANY, so it is extremely necessary to be mindful of the cleaning dates/times that YOU SELECT. Duties
- Perform Air bnb cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, and mopping.
- Maintain cleanliness in Air bnbs by performing custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and changing lock codes.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- PREVIOUS or CURRENT experience in GIG work/cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting or moving equipment.
