Position Summary: This position oversees our inspectors and floater crews, as well as filling in for them on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor locations through inspections to ensure quality control expectations are met
- Fill in when necessary for cleaning crews
- Align with our vision for growth and excellent customer service
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of commercial janitorial experience
- Knowledge of general facility cleaning (including carpet cleaning; stripping and waxing; buffing and burnishing; scrubbing and re-coating; carpet spotting and window washing)
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and consumable supplies
- Knowledge of identifying surfaces and making recommendations for proper cleaning procedures
- Ability to meet the physical and cognitive requirements of the essential job functions
- Available during the full shift each night. Hours are typically from 8pm to midnight but could vary.
- This position requires that you drive to multiple locations, so must have reliable transportation.

- Ability to work effectively and respectfully with staff, managers, executives, and others with a variety of working styles to achieve results using authority and influence sensitively to garner cooperation and maintain service excellence.
- Prior experience in medical facilities, small offices, and general janitorial maintenance.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
