Job Description:
The Part Time Green Cleaning Specialist is responsible for after-hour office cleaning with a team of likeminded employees performing team cleaning. The program is designed for folks who already work full time with their careers during normal business hours but want to make supplemental income with a consistent schedule that offers flexibility. Our client's locations where our employees report are in the Midtown Area where you will be assigned to one of these facilities and that is where you report each day with your same team. It is beneficial if your full time job is located near Midtown Atlanta so you can get to your location M-F by 6pm.
SCHEDULE
Your team members will be like you, working two jobs making supplemental income working Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Usually, teams work 3 hours per night, depending on the location. This position will be great for people who have full-time careers and want consistent supplemental income working with a team where the work is divided up. Only work Monday-Friday, Off on weekends, Off on all Holidays. Same location performing the same cleaning functions each night, very consistent, and safe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a part-time Green Cleaning_ Tech_, you will be working with a team focused on cleaning an office's interior. We are looking for an energetic team player who does not have to be supervised and can follow our cleaning program. A leader that follows established policies and scope of work. Some day-to-day duties are but are not limited to:
- Cleaning workstations and general office areas
- Vacuuming flooring and mopping flooring
- Cleaning common areas and eating areas
- Emptying trash and replacing can liners
- Cleaning restrooms and interior common areas
- Other cleaning-related functions
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous cleaning experience is recommended _ but not required_
- Strong and effective communicator
- Positive and energetic team member
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation
- Own a smartphone - we use apps to clock in/out and for cleaning functions.
- Willing to take a background screen passing with no felony or theft history, violence history, etc.
- Be legally eligible to work in the US. We use E-verify to approve all new employees.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- You will perform all of your work at one location. You should expect to work inside the facility with your team every night. All locations offer free parking and are safe.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
- All necessary equipment to provide cleaning services is located on-site including PPE
- We provide company logo polo shirts.
