Cleaning Person Wanted Flexible Hours in a Pleasant Working Environment

My wife and I are looking for a nonsmoking, kind, considerate, self-motivated and detail-oriented person to do the cleaning tasks of our modest home efficiently and thoroughly. We are both retired professional middle class individuals. I am easy going, healthy, and fully functioning emotionally, cognitively, and physically. My wife is a wonderful kind woman who is in the advanced stage of Alzheimer's Disease. She is no longer able to speak and is bedridden. You will not be expected to do any personal or health care task with her.

Each work shift I will outline the cleaning tasks (which will include washing windows, floors and cleaning bathrooms) that I would like for you to accomplish. Some tasks we will do together, but mostly you will work independently. I don’t expect there will be any heavy lifting.

The pay and hours will be negotiated between you and I during the in person interview. You must be willing to complete a rather lengthy application package and be willing to receive your pay through a NGO (Options of The Fogarty Center). We will submit a timesheet every other week, and you will be paid directly from this fiduciary organization. All appropriate taxes and Social Security will be withheld. There will be no overtime, no health insurance or benefits associated with this employment position.
