Seeking Fulltime, experienced (preferrably in a hotel environment), laundry attendant.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Duties

Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to launder hotel linens and guest clothing.
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store clean laundry according to established procedures.
Inspect items for stains or damage before laundering and report any issues to management.
Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces.
Handle dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring proper care for delicate fabrics.
Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel or commercial laundry setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must be able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
