About Us: Founded in 2024, Tidy Turtles Cleaning Company is a fast-growing veteran-owned, office cleaning company that takes a lot of pride in providing reliable and trustworthy janitors for our local businesses and great opportunities for our talented workforce.

Our lifeblood and driving force are the cleaners (or Cleaning Commandos) we’re so lucky to work with. That’s why since day one, we made a promise to always take care of our people. Responsibilities:

The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications • Cleaning according to company standards and COVID safety

Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly

Take pride in your work

Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here)

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Good physical stamina & strength

Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Highly proficient in Reliability

Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle

MUST be able to work Monday - Friday with some weekend availability depending on the client

MUST be able to travel within 20-25 minutes of client locations
