CUSTODIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, equipment, and break areas
- Restock all necessary supplies
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains as well as cleaning surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees
- Dust and scrub furniture, and walls as needed
- Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, plant flowers, gather leaves, apply pesticides, assist with shoveling of snow
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Operate buffing machine to maintain appearance of floors
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members
- Ability to lift 35 lbs., as well as long term standing, walking and squatting
- Capable of taking direction and responding to supervision
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license to drive between locations
- Perform any other duties and tasks as required
