Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning trades and be capable of working independently or as part of a team. This role requires expertise in multiple areas of cleaning, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. This a 1 day project to deep clean a facility during the day. Pay is $1,200
Duties
- Deep clean and detail restrooms
- Scrub VCT and tile flooring with machine or truck mount
- Vacuum all carpet
- Sweep and mop all hard flooring
Qualifications
- Must have experince in general cleaning, deep cleaning and floor scrubbing.
- Have your own supplies and equipment
- Finish this project in a days time
- Have a team ready and willing to work
