We are seeking an Independent Cleaning Contractor to service vacant townhomes in Arlington, Fort Worth, and White Settlement, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring each unit is thoroughly cleaned and ready for new tenants in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean vacant townhomes according to company standards.
- Be on-call to clean each unit within the expected time frame upon notification.
- Perform all cleaning tasks, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and general surfaces.
- Ensure units are move-in ready after cleaning.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites in Arlington, Fort Worth, and White Settlement.
- Own and provide all necessary cleaning supplies. (Receipts for cleaning supplies will be reimbursed.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay per unit cleaned.
- Supply costs will be reimbursed upon receipt submission.
