Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning trades and be capable of working independently or as part of a team. This role requires expertise in multiple areas of cleaning, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. This a 1 day project to deep clean a facility during the day. Pay is $1,200

Duties

Deep clean and detail restrooms
Scrub VCT and tile flooring with machine or truck mount
Vacuum all carpet
Sweep and mop all hard flooring

Qualifications

Must have experince in general cleaning, deep cleaning and floor scrubbing.
Have your own supplies and equipment
Finish this project in a days time
Have a team ready and willing to work
