Disaster Relief Professionals LLC: Contents Moving and Cleaning Technician (808-235-5015)
We’re looking for someone who is not only strong and capable of handling various tasks but also experienced in cleaning.
This role is a general labor position in our contents department, where you'll support our Mitigation and Reconstruction teams by helping with cleaning and moving items as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
The role encompasses all tasks related to packing contents and ensuring their safe transport from damaged properties to the contents warehouse for processing, storage, and eventual return to the customer's property. Skills for this position are expected to develop and expand with training and experience. As you progress, you'll take on more responsibilities with each promotion. The fundamental skills and tasks outlined here are essential for all positions within the company.
Minimum Requirements
Pass all background requirements and drug screens.
Conform to grooming and dress codes.
A licensed, clean DMV has transportation.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and more.
Can work in a warehouse or in customers living space.
Can work in wet, cold, or hot environments.
Can work well under pressure.
Can work well with assigned team.
Ability to communicate with the team.
Can follow written and verbal instructions.
Will commit to training and career goals.
Probation period: 45 days, then evaluation.

Job Duties May Be Performed

· How to box, wrap, and pad-wrap furniture
· Truck loading for safety
· Use of common chemistries
· Safety: on and off-site
· Supplies and creating modules.

· Interpersonal skills with staff
· Fire, Mold, Bio and general cleaning.
· Forklift operator
· Fireline cleaning
· Esporta machine operating
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
