Ago Home Services is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Cleaning Professional to lead our cleaning crews. If you have leadership skills, a strong background in cleaning, and team management experience, we invite you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Knowledge of floor care and sanitation practices
- Experience in janitorial and custodial duties
- Familiarity with housekeeping management and commercial cleaning procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in residential cleaning settings.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus.
- Supervise cleaning staff and assist with various cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out according to company standards.
- Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
- Travel to multiple job sites as needed and maintain a schedule that maximizes team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different locations.
- Reliable vehicle (Fuel reimbursement provided).
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Note:
- You will use your personal vehicle (fuel reimbursement provided).
- This is a full-time position, requiring at least 30 hours per week.

Compensation Model:
The pay is structured as follows:
- Cleaning Pay: $19 to $21 per hour.
- Daily: Minimum of 6 hours of cleaning.
- Approx. 30 minutes driving between appointments
- Full day consists of 7-9 hours of work.
- Assuming you work 5 days a week (you can work 6 days):
- 6 hours x 5 days x $19 = $570 per week (minimum cleaning pay).
- Gas stipend: $30-$75 per week.
- Total weekly pay: $600-$645 per week (before bonuses).
Bonus:
For each sale you help close, you will earn a bonus of $5 to $10.
- On average, with 3 sales per day, this can add up to an additional $150 in weekly bonuses.
Referral Program:
Refer a client to us and receive $50 per referral.
- With an average of 5 referrals per week, you can earn an additional $250 weekly.
Total Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,100+ (including bonuses and referral incentives).
