Power Sweeping Driver
CSG is hiring responsible drivers to operate power-sweeping trucks in parking lots throughout local shopping centers, office, industrial and warehouse facilities during the approximate hours of 9:00 PM 7:00 AM. Although this position is advertised as a driver position, physical labor is required.

So, what exactly are my job responsibilities?
You will visit key accounts (shopping centers, office parks, industrial parks) on a routine basis during the approximate hours of 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM throughout the week, with the primary responsibility of keeping the parking lots and common areas clean and free of debris/garbage. You will travel to clients’ properties in uniform, driving parking lot sweeping trucks with all necessary handheld equipment to perform contracted sweeping and cleaning services. Another key responsibility is to inspect the property and report any maintenance issue, such as potholes, graffiti/vandalism and broken cubs, just to name a few, of the 35 items inspected.
Qualifications:
- Commercial driving experience (small box trucks, commercial pick-up trucks, etc.)
- High School degree or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver License (approved by company insurance policy)
- Willing and able to perform the physical aspects of job
- Drug test screening
- Proven dependability

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a service route
- Notify Management immediately of any safety or maintenance problems observed
- Report to work as assigned, uniformed and drug-free
- Notify supervisor in advance of any absences or tardiness
- Perform all cleaning services and any other instructions supplied by your supervisor
- Report to supervisor before leaving any property that has not been completed 100%
- Always operate Company vehicles in a safe manner observing all traffic laws and safety procedures, including seat belts.
- Complete understanding of job responsibilities and duties and perform within the allotted time
- Report any equipment or vehicle that is not functioning properly
