Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Reports to: District Manager
PAY:
$17-$18/hour (depending on experience) plus monthly bonus opportunities (10% commission on all sales when studio revenue goals are met), and opportunity to grow into a General Manager role over time. Hours can range from a minimum of 30 hours/week up to 40 hours/week.

POSITION:
The Assistant GM is responsible for overseeing the designated studio(s) to ensure the studio is well-maintained and that customer service standards are upheld to YogaSix standards. He/she will oversee all aspects of studio functionality including Sales and Operations as well as the leadership of Wellness Advisors and Teachers in the GM/DM’s absence.
He/she must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of PC/Mac computers, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented and have a drive and passion for sales and service.
DUTIES:
· Membership sales and retention
· Run weekly reports of where the studio is month to date in revenue and membership sales, communicate progress to the team to keep the studio on track to meet goals
· Process cancellations/freezes, handle customer service escalations
· Interview, train and role play with Wellness Advisors
· Partner with Lead Teacher to plan out member appreciation events, workshops, charity classes, and other special events in the studio. Plan out a month in advance and include in monthly newsletter.
· Monitor and escalate maintenance issues
· Manage inventory and cleaning
· Track member milestones, gathering content such as member photos and testimonials, providing such content to social media leader on a timely basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
· Sales experience
· Proven leadership experience
· Proven experience in following up on leads
· Confident in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in sales
· Ability to manage revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training
· Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
· Solid writing and grammar skills
· Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
