RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Perform routine minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, and reorganizing area;
- Maintaining the outside grounds, including picking up trash, spraying weeds, weed eating, blowing away debris, and cleaning door mats;
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Notify Supervisor when inventory of supplies and consumables need to be replenished.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Porter to join our team and maintain the cleanliness of the common areas for our 2-building condominium association. This position is responsible for providing basic janitorial and custodial cleaning services.
