Overview
We are looking for clean freaks who are obsessed with cleaning and can spot the tiniest of details in a home. We are offering paid training, which could take 2-3 home cleanings. This is a new business, so we are looking for people who can do on-call and would like a good side hustle making cash on the same day. Could make an extra 200-400$ a week and this will depend on the amount of clientele and tips. All equipment will be provided but must drive yourself to job site.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists to maintain consistency in service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality work.
