At Pressed Roots, our front desk coordinators are entrusted to serve as the face of Pressed Roots to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operational experts. You will also master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own Pressed Roots franchise, cultivate new business, and develop a team.

Responsibilities
- Lead client experience from check in to check out, ensuring Pressed Roots standards are upheld, creating a memorable experience for the client
- Set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party
- Organize and execute shop flow between Clients and staff in a positive manner
- Serve as subject matter expert in the reservation system
- Ensure client information is entered in with accuracy and timeliness
- Rebook appointments during check out while addressing client by name
- Troubleshoot any reservation system issues, make changes to Client Profiles, optimize appointments to fit business needs, and check notes to ensure clients' needs are met
- Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system
- Engage clients and serve complimentary beverages
- Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions
- Problem solve when faced with client concerns or operational issues, always ensuring the solution is focused on providing an excellent experience to the client
- Maintain overall shop cleanliness by conducting walkthroughs behind the bar and keeping the front desk area and studio clean (along with other team members)
- Maintain clear communication with Studio Management about overall shop operations
- Educate clients on Pressed Roots products and tools and replenish after sell through
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Qualifications
- Must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Amazing organization and multitasking skills
- A strong work ethic with a "go-getter" attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience (previous Front Desk or salon experience a plus!)
Essential Functions
- Ability to stand for extended periods ( up to 9 hours)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as data entry or interacting with clients
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead to perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to assist customers, and/or maintain Studio cleanliness
