Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple environments, including commercial and residential settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform floor care tasks, including buffing and maintaining various types of flooring surfaces.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in facilities, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct custodial responsibilities in both residential and industrial settings, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of properties.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas as a porter, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
