Elevated Living seeks dependable, experienced Contractor Housekeepers who take pride in their work and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The role entails providing cleaning services in our luxury residential high-rises in Denver, CO. We seek individuals capable of maintaining exceptional service standards and completing housekeeping tasks as needed. Scheduling is flexible. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean home for our residents. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping etc.
- Execute deep cleaning and specialized sanitation tasks.
- Dispose of waste and recyclable materials.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition or issues promptly.
- Comply with safety and health regulations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality cleaning services.
- Communicate with clients and management to address any concerns
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and custodial procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Good organizational skills to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential cleaning and customer service
- Proficiency in floor care, sanitation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
- Experience in laundry and housekeeping management is a plus
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current insurance
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide all housekeeping supplies

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
