JOB SUMMARY
Facility Custodian is responsible for general upkeep, maintenance, cleaning of multi-site exterior facilities, and interior buildings, lobbies, office area, restrooms, stairs and/or other areas as assigned. Project work, including floor maintenance, may be on the list of duties assigned.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for daily upkeep of interior and exterior property
2. Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
3. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
4. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
5. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
6. Make adjustments and minor repairs
7. Stock and maintain supply rooms
8. Have ability to be able to handle heavy equipment and machinery
9. Ability to lift trash, use cleaning equipment and work with limited supervision
10. Follow all health and safety regulations
11. Other duties as assigned

3. Have dependable transportation.
4. Report to work in the proper uniform on the job site while cleaning in a neat appearance.
5. Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies in a healthcare environment
6. Ability to relate well to people
- Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish)

* Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and E-Verify * Have reliable transportation to job site * Clean and neat appearance
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent
DRIVING BETWEEN LOCATIONS:
Employees who are required to drive their own vehicle on True Health business will be required to show proof of the following documentation prior to the first day of employment or before driving to other sites for work related purpose
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of car insurance
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Reports to the Manager of Facilities
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
2. Computer knowledge to access and view a. computer screen for job related work tickets
3. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions for extended periods of time
