Technician Role Overview:
· Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
· Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
· Cleaning window screens.
· Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
· Soft washing exteriors.
· High dusting.
· Gutter cleaning.
· Solar panel cleaning.
· Responsible for maintaining inventory and equipment.
· Responsible for maintaining a tidy work environment and van.
· Responsible for washing work rags bi-weekly.
· Must wear provided uniform with pride.
Responsibilities Before the Job:
· Door knocking at neighbors homes to let them know we are working in the area.
· Review estimates and notes to ensure full understanding of scope of work prior to starting the job.
· Ensure clear communication by discussing job details upon arrival.
During the job:
· Clear communication and coordination with Lead Technician.
· Be a team player willing to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
· Complete equipment inventory "check out" for each piece of equipment to be used.
· Review job estimate and notes to ensure all items are addressed.
Job Closeout:
· Responsible for walking the job to ensure no equipment is left behind and all parts of the work request have been completed.
· Complete equipment inventory "check in" to return all equipment from job.
· Maintain tidiness of the van and equipment.
· Alert lead technician of any inventory that may be running low.
Ownership and Accountability:
· Takes ownership of the entire job, including any imperfections.
· Takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
· Effective communication and oversight are key to the Lead's role.
