The Professional House Cleaner Job:
- Must like to clean and must be reliable to be available and at work on time.
- We will train you during the first two weeks according to the Detailed Clean Rotation system unique to The Cleaning Authority.
- After training you will work with a partner to clean 3 to 5 homes per day in the North Tarrant County area which includes Trophy Club, Southlake, Colleyville, Keller, North Richland Hills and Hurst.
- This is a full time Monday through Friday job and will average 35 to 40 total work hours per week between the hours of 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM. Most days you will finish your houses before 5:00 PM.
This job has opportunity to grow into more advanced positions with higher pay. We offer a certification program to all qualified professional cleaners, and further advancement to Team Lead, Trainer, Inspector, and Manager is possible.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with driver's license and 21+ years of age.
- We pay travel time between locations.
- We pay mileage for the use of your vehicle.
- Vacation accrual begins after three months with paid vacations after one year.
- We are closed for all 6 major holidays and you will receive holiday pay after three months of employment.
Requirements:
- Must like to clean. If you don't like to clean and just want any job, this job is NOT for you.
- Must be able to pass thorough local & National background check (no criminal records).
- Must have good attendance.
- Must be physically capable of cleaning 3 to 5 homes each day and able to see small details.
