Maid Easy Cleaning is a locally owned business. We service all of Hillsborough County and very small parts of Pasco County. Applicant must be able to use their own vehicle to get to and from the jobs. These jobs are not done at one set location and staff is expected to travel to job locations. Drive time is paid for and mileage reimbursement available.

Requirements for the Job
- Must be 18 or over
- MUST HAVE OVERNIGHT AND WEEKEND SHIFT AVAILABILITY
- Positive attitude
- Up to date registration for vehicle being used
- Reliable transportation that can be used throughout the day. (We do not team clean/ car pool, or ridesharing)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Auto Insurance that covers employee as the drive of vehicle being used
- Must be able to fluently understand and speak English
- Must be able to pass nationwide background check. No criminal history
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical requirements Maid Easy services many types of customers and offers a large variety of cleaning services. The following is a list of physical requirements all employees must be able to perform. Failure to perform any one of the listed requirements will result in the inability to complete jobs.
- Bending at the waist and knees
- Squatting
- Positioning body on hands and knees
- Reaching and stretching
- Climbing up and down a ladder
- Standing for long periods of time
- Pushing a vacuum
- Sweeping and mopping a floor
- Climbing stairs
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Carrying all issued supplies
- Scrubbing showers, toilets, tubs, sinks, floors, and any other areas that require scrubbing
New Hire Bonus:
- Receive a $50 Bonus after 2 full calendar months once out of training
Bonus/ Pay Raise Incentives: (Must Average 20hrs per week)
- Earn a $50 Bonus (after completion of 2 full calendar months and if an employee does not call out 3 times in one calendar month for the first 2 months of employment.)
- Pay starts at $15.00 an hour, PLUS TIPS & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT. Pay increase available upon evaluation at the year anniversary date.
