Key Responsibilities:
- Lead window cleaning projects using advanced water-fed poles
- Perform gutter cleaning with high-powered vacuums and pole-mounted cameras
- Conduct pressure washing and house washing services
- Excel in a team-oriented environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Offer additional services to customers while on-site
- Enhance customer experience through exceptional service
- Embrace feedback and engage in ongoing training for improvement
- Distribute marketing materials to neighborhoods
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Setting:
- Primarily outdoor work
- Year-round opportunities available
- Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekends and overtime as needed
Compensation:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
