Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare experience and be able to lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that our facility is clean, safe, and comfortable for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Respond to resident and staff requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare housekeeping preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
