JOB TITLE: General Services/Custodial Technician
DEPARTMENT: Boca (East) Campus
REPORTS TO: Assistant Pastor
STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly
HOURS: Full-time (40)

You Will:
- Participates in all tasks related to cleaning and sanitizing the buildings including restrooms, launch room, classrooms, dining café, offices, sanctuary, conference rooms, floors, glass, removing waste, stock and order paper and soap products, and similar activities.
- Utilizes various tools, equipment, and chemicals in order to complete the work.
- Assists with service and care of equipment used in the cleaning of the buildings; helps to assure that the used items are cleaned and properly stored after each use.
- Clean and dust all flat surfaces and clean glass windows, mirrors and chrome surfaces up to 8ft in height inside and out.
- Spot clean carpets as needed.
- Provide or supervise event set up. Assist to set up tables and chairs.
- Perform pre-service or pre-event high visibility double check for cleanliness, disinfection and organization.
- Coordinate facility repairs and fill out Hippo requests for repair services.
- Make day to day mechanical repairs that cannot wait for our 1x per week visit from our CCFTL repairs and maintenance crew.
- Help to coordinate church workdays with volunteers.
- Provide support for events.
- Work collaboratively with other ministry teams as assigned to help them execute in an effective and consistent way through preparation of the facility, set up and clean up.
- Set up Parking for Events including sign and cone distribution and retraction

- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with staff members, volunteers, outside vendors, and visitors encountered in the course of a workday
- The ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- To be able to work in both inside and outside environments
- The ability to be flexible with good time management skills
- Ability to attend Local Calvary Chapel Staff Meetings.
What you are required to know:

- This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hourly non-exempt position
- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies
