Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including bedrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean environment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen facilities, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients or staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus but not mandatory.
