Our organization assists commercial and residential customers with property repairs due to damage from water, fire, and mold. As a vital part of our Mitigation Department, this position is best suited for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team. While experience in the restoration industry is a plus, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Water extraction
- Demolition
- Property cleaning
- Equipment setup and monitoring
- Assist in damage assessment and documenting job progress
- Follow industry standards and safety regulations
- Work with other team members to ensure efficient project completion
Qualifications:
- Full-time or part-time positions available, with on-call/overtime opportunities (with bonus pay)
- IICRC certification preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license required, with a clean driving record
- Ability to work long hours on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs
