Community Involvement / Cleaning for a Reason:
Joy of Cleaning is proud to be active among the local community. We have joined the team to clean and prep for the famous Localtopia event in St. Petersburg and supporting locally owned businesses in the area. We have donated cleaning services as prizes and raffle gifts for events like Burg CrossFit's Member Appreciation Month, the EmpowHERment Annual Gala and many more.
Joy of Cleaning is also a proud approved vendor providing FREE cleaning services to Cancer patients in the local area through the non-profit orginization Cleaning For a Reason. We are a company with a big heart!

Details about the job:
- This is a Full Time position 35-40 hours
- Starting hourly pay is $20
- Customer tips are 100% credited directly to you
- We pay our team weekly, every Friday with Direct Deposit
- We occasionally have the option (never required) for Saturday work
- Our team members must live within 30 minutes of our service area
- We are currently hiring for the St Petersburg Area
- We specialize primarily in residential cleaning with occasionl office\commercial
- Daily jobs, instructions, detail, directions, and schedule are accessed via company apps
- Required 5 Day Training Period paid at $17 hourly
- Professional cleaning products are supplied
- We are hiring only employees/No Contractors please
Minium Requirements to APPLY:
- Current Valid Florida State Drivers License
- Must own a vehicle and provide proof of Florida State minimum car insurance
- Note : You will be using your own vehicle as you are required to travel to various job sites daily with equipment/supplies
- Owning a smart phone- You will need daily access to our company apps for communication, job details, etc.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Capable of working independently as well as in a positive team enviroment
- Physical capability to bend, kneel, push, lift 20 pounds. This is a VERY physically demanding job
- Must Love Animals as they are our 4 legged Clients and we adore them
- Pass with a Clear Prehire background and criminal record check
