**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. **Duties:** - Clean and sanitize homes, apartments, and other residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms. - Perform a variety of tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors. - Use specialized equipment and cleaning products to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of residential properties. - Conduct carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as needed. - Manage and organize cleaning supplies and equipment. - Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients. - Manage housekeeping duties and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard. - Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as needed. - Maintain the confidentiality of clients and their properties. - Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and schedules. - Perform all cleaning duties in a safe and efficient manner. **Skills:** - Strong cleaning and sanitizing skills. - Experience in residential cleaning and housekeeping management. - Knowledge of carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning techniques. - Proficiency in floor care and custodial tasks. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and protocols. - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all aspects of the job.
