Castle Island Cleaning is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented and reliable cleaning technician to join our team!
We provide all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning services to clients in the Boston area, with our current focus primarily on South Boston.
This is an independent contractor position, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule. We understand the demands of the job, so we offer a competitive starting pay of $40 per hour.

Requirements:
- Prior residential cleaning experience and/or a desire to learn and provide exceptional care for clients' homes
- Valid US driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must have a smartphone (iPhone or Android, for use of our scheduling app)
- Excellent communication skills
